  1. Along with the four-year Bachelor Degree you may perhaps add Physical Therapy subject areas that are required to your Physical Therapy course. More often than not the subjects would include general science subjects such as biology, physics, chemistry, psychology and other subjects which are required to PT program and then training. The subjects you're likely to get on your basic college education differ from each college that offer physical therapy programs. All college has its own programs thus subjects you are going to take in your 4 year BS course will differ. Your four year Basic as well as general education course is really important because it served as a preparation for your proper Physical Therapy program. Subsequently after your four year course it is advisable to take a further 2-3 years of PT lessons as well as training. Often times perhaps you can get little or sometimes no breaks after each semesters. Some colleges perhaps even require 9-36 months of clinical physical therapy practice along with training. Therefore if you desperately want to be a Physical Therapist you will have to fasten your belt tightly.
